Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy Lubin
Hi Jeremy, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey has been all about finding my passion and building something from the ground up, much like what I saw my parents do. Growing up, I watched them work tirelessly to establish a business, and seeing their dedication showed me the importance of hard work, persistence, and the rewards of creating something of your own.
After high school, I played junior college football at College of the Canyons. The experience of being part of a team, pushing through challenges, and constantly striving for improvement shaped my mindset and taught me resilience. When I returned to Florida, I took on a role as a home inspector, which gave me a chance to build a career, but it also sparked an unexpected interest in photography. The more I explored photography, the more I realized I had a real passion for capturing moments and stories through the lens.
Over time, I invested in my skills, and my business started to take off. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with notable clients like Token Miami, Hollywood Brown and his wife Zoei Billions, Yungeen Ace and many others. Seeing my clientele grow has been fulfilling and a testament to the hard work I’ve put in. Each photoshoot and each client adds to my journey, helping me learn and refine my craft.
Looking back, my path has been about resilience, passion, and the willingness to take risks. I’m excited for what lies ahead, and I’m committed to continuing this journey, pushing my business to new heights, and capturing more unique stories
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like any business journey, mine has had its share of ups and downs, but I view each challenge as a chance to grow and improve. While I haven’t faced any major obstacles, I’ve definitely encountered smaller, everyday challenges that push me to step up my game. Things like understanding client needs, managing schedules, and finding ways to stand out in a competitive industry have all been part of the learning curve.
Every day brings a new lesson, whether it’s in refining my skills, improving client relations, or finding creative solutions to unique requests. It’s these small hurdles that keep me learning and adapting, and I believe they’ve helped me build a stronger foundation for my business. I approach each challenge with the mindset that it’s just another stepping stone toward where I want to be.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As a photographer, my main focus is on lifestyle photoshoots, I also do event photography and videography , basically adapting my style to each client’s needs while ensuring that each image captures the essence of the moment.
One thing that sets me apart is my flexibility and commitment to my clients. I’m often the person people reach out to for last-minute bookings, and I make it a priority to be available and responsive. I know that moments can happen unexpectedly, and I want my clients to feel they can count on me to deliver high-quality results, even on short notice.
I’m most proud of the trust my clients place in me it has been an incredible experience and a testament to the relationships I build. Each shoot is unique, and I’m grateful to play a part in capturing memories that are meaningful to each client.
My goal is to go beyond just taking photos. I want to create an experience where clients feel comfortable, confident, and connected to the final product. Whether it’s a lifestyle shoot or a large-scale event, I bring the same energy and passion to every project, and I think that dedication is what sets me apart in the industry.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
The COVID-19 crisis taught me a lot about adapting to unexpected changes and making the best out of challenging situations. Before the pandemic, I was focused on my football career, playing junior college football at College of the Canyons. When COVID hit, all sports were canceled, and suddenly, the path I’d been so dedicated to changed in an instant.
Returning home to Florida without football was difficult at first, but it forced me to think about my future differently. I decided to pivot and started a career as a home inspector, which eventually led me to discover my passion for photography. It was a lesson in resilience and making the most out of tough situations.
Looking back, the pandemic pushed me to find new strengths and interests I might not have explored otherwise. Photography has become a rewarding career and a creative outlet, and I’ve been able to build my own business and work with clients I’m proud of. The experience showed me the importance of staying flexible and open to new opportunities, even when things don’t go according to plan.
