Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Cabral
Hi Stephanie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Stephanie Cabral is a dedicated child of God, wife, mother, and a renowned real estate entrepreneur with over a decade of experience. As the founder of the Bootcamp Tour, she has trained over 1,300 real estate agents and created a bridge for international agents, especially from the Dominican Republic, to access real estate opportunities in Florida.
In 2020, Stephanie merged her company with eXp Realty, the fastest-growing real estate firm in the U.S., where she now plays a pivotal role as part of the C5 group—the largest Hispanic real estate team with over 2,500 agents. Her own team, The Cabral Group, boasts more than 300 agents across eight countries, reflecting her extensive reach and leadership.
Stephanie’s influence has been recognized on an international level. In 2024, she was named one of the 500 most influential figures in Latin America and the Caribbean and was among seven Dominicans honored on Bloomberg Línea’s prestigious list. She shares her expertise and vision through multiple platforms, including The Cabral Group Team Magazine, her YouTube channel, and her podcast “Conversando con Stephanie Cabral: De Fe, Familia & Real Estate”, all delivered in Spanish.
Her efforts have been honored by the City of Miami, the City of Doral, and Mujeres de Alto Nivel, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the real estate industry and the community. A highly sought-after speaker, Stephanie is celebrated for her motivational prowess and thought leadership. In 2024, she also published her first book, “Huellas de Influencia: Relatos de Vidas Transformadas”, further cementing her legacy as a transformative figure.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. As a woman, wife, and mother, I’ve had to constantly juggle my time and balance my priorities to ensure that, in the midst of growing my business, I don’t sacrifice the most important things God has given me: my relationship with Him and then with my family.
When I started this journey, almost my entire family was against it. They would ask, “Are you just going to be another realtor?” But deep down, I knew that God had given me this business, not just to be a blessing to me but to many others as well.
Although it hasn’t been easy, when your purpose is clear, challenges may come your way, but you will remain grounded.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
For 11 years, I have dedicated myself to helping foreign investors, especially from the Dominican Republic, to safeguard their wealth through real estate investments in Miami.
A key differentiating factor has been breaking the taboo that faith or God cannot be integrated into business. In my magazine, my YouTube channel, and my book *Huellas de Influencia*, I have made this the essence of my work. This approach has resonated with hundreds of clients who have told me, “We chose you because you talk about God.”
But it doesn’t stop there—real estate agents who are part of my team have also connected with this vision that God gave me: the belief that lives can be impacted through faith, no matter what your business is. This has allowed me to inspire other real estate agents and entrepreneurs who share this same vision.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
What did we learn? That there are no geographical boundaries. A client didn’t need to be physically present to purchase, and it taught all of us as business owners how to be more efficient with our time.
But beyond all of that, the most important lesson for me was that, even though for many, it was a period of disconnection and isolation, a virtual space was born. This space allowed me to connect in a much closer way with friends, clients, agents, and family members. Even though we weren’t physically together, we broke barriers through technology, gathering to share God’s word. Four years later, we still maintain this space weekly.
This helped me realize even more clearly how many people are struggling with an existential void, anxiety, depression, a lack of identity, and an unclear purpose in their lives. Since most of the people who join our Zoom meetings are connected to the real estate world, I use experiences we live daily in this business to guide them toward God and the true purpose He has for their lives. This has led to people—even some who had never been to a church—learning more about faith, and their lives have been transformed.
