Today we’d like to introduce you to Paola Hector
Hi Paola, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I come from a hard-working family. My parents, Haitian immigrants, instilled in me the importance of working diligently and consistently. My father worked two- jobs and my mother continuously worked on her education. Watching their work ethic motivated me to not only do my best but to push for the highest day in and day out.. Whether navigating different college majors, climbing a corporate ladder, or taking a leap of faith in something new this mentality has assisted me in preserving through it all.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Anything worth having in life comes with its challenges, it’s how you handle the obstacles that get you to your goal. Believing that there is not enough time to achieve my goals or thinking I am “behind” has been my greatest challenge. There is so much happening around us all the time it’s easy to believe that you are not accomplishing as much as the next person. Once I started focusing on myself and my own goals and believing in timing that’s when the pieces started coming together.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am currently a Real Estate Sales Associate at Worthy Realty LLC. I specialize in all real estate needs; Residential, Commercial, and Investments and well known for going the distance for my clients. Although I reside in Ft. Lauderdale I have assisted my clients in finding their dream homes in locations such as Orlando and Port St. Lucie. In 2023, with having my real estate license all of 9 months I was rookie of the year at my brokerage. That level of tenacity is what sets me apart from my counterparts.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
Networking is essential to my success. I do not view my counterparts as competition but as my partner in the real estate industry. I enjoy collaborating with fellow agents and other experts. Referrals is the highest form of a compliment I can receive. When I get the notification saying a past client referred a potential new client my heart smiles and I know I have left an everlasting impression.
