Hi Khrystyna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
The topic of hair health has always interested me, and when I began experiencing hair issues myself, I started studying this field in-depth, attending every possible trichology course and seminar with a medical foundation. I began with restorative hair treatments for my classmates, working on a balcony as a hobby, which eventually grew into my own studio with appointments from morning till night and speaking engagements across Ukraine.
Since moving to Miami, I have worked in various areas and clinics to better understand the local mindset.
Now, I practice in Coral Gables, restoring the hair of many men and women in various conditions. Each patient has a unique story, and I put all my energy into achieving the best results.
Being a good specialist in Miami means earning patients’ trust, which must be deserved. Trichology is my greatest passion, so I’m definitely in the right place!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey in business began with challenges right from the start, as I was a full-time student when I launched it, but I dedicated all my free time to growing my passion. The business survived COVID and even the start of the war. However, I had to relocate and start from scratch. The hardest part of starting over in another country was the difference in mentality. Services that are part of the culture in one country may be completely unknown in another.
Introducing people to new, impactful services requires patience and persistence, but it’s worth it. Over time, people come to appreciate them, feel satisfied, and eventually become regular clients.

I’m a Trichologist, specializing in hair and scalp treatments.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
-Be Patient and Persistent: Success often takes time, and there are rarely shortcuts that lead to lasting results. Keep going even when progress feels slow—consistent effort compounds over time.
-Seek Mentors and Build a Network: Surround yourself with people who inspire you and have experience in your field. Learning from others can help you avoid common mistakes and open doors you might not have expected.
-Focus on Learning, Not Just Outcomes: In the beginning, prioritize developing your skills and gaining experience over just chasing achievements. This foundation will support all your future goals.
– Don’t Fear Failure: Every mistake or setback is a learning opportunity. Embrace them, and don’t be too hard on yourself. Resilience is often what separates those who succeed from those who give up.
