Check Out Mireya Pereira’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mireya Pereira

Hi Mireya, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am a soul in love with the process of conscious transformation. Discovering the power of sound, meditation, and yoga in my own life inspired me to share this experience beyond the circle of my family and friends. I wanted to reach others who could benefit from receiving this energy, message, and transformative experience.

Writing my first book, “Encontrarme en los laberintos de mi mente” (“Finding Myself in the Labyrinths of My Mind”), marked the beginning of my personal evolution, breaking through many mental barriers. Reflecting on this journey years later, I can say that the writing process was transformative, something everyone should experience. For me, it started with recognizing emotions, channeling the energy within me, understanding it, and transforming it into words. It was a purifying catharsis. The liberation grew when the book was ready—I read it repeatedly until I connected deeply with the result, and any doubts about sharing it disappeared.

Motivated by a desire to share my journey, I created an open channel of connection to share and grow together. This led to the birth of Alimenta tu Alma (@alimentatualma.online). In its early days, it was about sharing positive thoughts, but the evolution has been unstoppable. With my daughter’s support and a fresh communication approach, we’ve added value to every idea and action. Today, we offer transformative experiences—private, group, and corporate—designed to foster a deep connection with oneself and open up infinite possibilities. After all, everything we seek is within our hearts. True connection blossoms when we pay attention to ourselves.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been easy. For example, being in front of a camera has been one of the most intimidating challenges. I remember preparing content and setting everything up to record a video series on chakras, only to freeze, with my mind blank and my voice gone. Interestingly, this doesn’t happen when there are no cameras, so I’ve practiced and embraced this challenge. Overcoming it has shown me that the road is a mix of smooth paths and rough patches. When you confront your emotions to understand and process them, you stir up energies tied to your inner journey—a parallel path we all walk.

Another challenge worth mentioning is this opportunity to share part of my story, which feels like it’s just beginning and constantly being reinvented. It pushes me to step outside my comfort zone, challenge my beliefs, and step into unknown territory. I’m deeply grateful to VOYAGE Miami for this opportunity.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
In my professional life, I worked as a SAP Master Data Specialist and Business Process Analyst, which highlights my corporate and technical background. However, my passion for yoga and meditation led me to explore the body, mind, and soul, awakening a profound interest in conscious transformation. This journey inspired me to become the founder of Alimenta tu Alma.

“Transformation becomes visible after a series of interconnected, simple changes.”
– Mireya Pereira

I now focus on sound therapy, offering biosonic meditation and sound baths that help access an energetic portal promoting cellular repair, nervous system balance, relaxation, and stress relief. These experiences can also be fun and unique, so we curate private events to celebrate birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family gatherings, corporate team-building, couple’s connections, and more. There are countless reasons to include mindfulness in life, and through *AlimentaTuAlma.com,* we design tailor-made experiences to match your dreams.

I’m proud of every step I’ve taken toward love and away from fear or conflict. As human beings, we are here to learn—not just cognitively, but how to truly live, love, and forgive. This, to me, is the ultimate purpose.

What does success mean to you?
As Plato said, “The greatest and most important victory is to conquer oneself.”

If you can reflect on your actions without judgment or excuses; feel your emotions and recognize how circumstances affect you without being trapped by them; continue striving to be a better person every day despite challenges; help at least one person daily; live experiences you once dreamed of; and love yourself and others unconditionally—then yes, I believe you’ve achieved success.

The key is understanding that success is a present moment. What was is in the past, and what will be lies ahead. Every day, you must ask yourself the same questions and stay focused because success arises from continuously cultivating self-awareness and resisting distractions from the outside world.

Finally, I would like to share some pic’s of events held between Barquisimeto- Venezuelan, Madrid-Spain, and Miami-US, to give color to all theses words.
