Community Highlights: Meet Eve Greendale of Palm Beach Creative

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eve Greendale

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m a photographer who took an unconventional path: I had children young (my first at 22), and it was through capturing their lives on camera that I accidentally launched my career. The demand for my work grew rapidly, snowballing into a thriving business just as I was finishing my bachelors degree in Graphic Design.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Over the past 16 years, my photography journey has been a gradual evolution, beginning with children, families and babies. As my skills grew, I briefly expanded into weddings. Then I dabbled with products, branding, while keeping a consistent clientele base. With each new genre, I honed my skills. More recently I’ve gotten into shooting interiors for designers and builders, bringing a fresh perspective to space and design. Through these diverse genres, I’ve developed a portfolio that reflects my adaptability in the world of photography.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Palm Beach Creative?
When it comes to business there are two things I find important. The first is to be available, I’m someone who thrives on being busy. I love going from one shoot to the next, each one with its unique goals and challenges. I was raised to be a go-getter so I’m always hustling. The second key to success is customer service, many of my clients have become my friends over the years. I try to help my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera, I’m always helping them with posing while creating fun conversation to boost the vibe.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
I’m a 5th generation from this area and the thing I remember the most is boating for sure. Whether it be to a hang out on a sandbar, go fishing, or go skiing, I have so many fun memories. I’ve made it a point to give my children the same experience.
