Hi Alexis, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey began 31 years ago. I’ve always felt different, like I didn’t quite fit in with my surroundings. I was gifted, but no one in my family truly understood me. Deep down, I knew I wasn’t just “different,” but I wasn’t from here. From a young age, I sought answers about who I really was and why I felt the way I did. It wasn’t until my 20s that I began to realize my uniqueness held the key to those questions I’d been searching for all along.
My path has been anything but easy. Life doesn’t come with a manual, and along the way, I learned the hard way about surrendering control. Two years ago, Human Design found me, and it unlocked knowledge far beyond what I imagined. One of the biggest lessons I’ve embraced through this journey is releasing my grip on management, learning to flow instead of forcing things.
Before discovering Human Design, I had built my career in the music and entertainment industry. I spent years as an artist manager, guiding creatives to align with their visions and grow their careers. While I thrived in helping others, I still felt disconnected. Despite my success, I knew I wasn’t truly fulfilled. I was living by external expectations, not following my inner compass, and that sense of disconnection sparked my deeper exploration of self.
A significant part of my professional journey has been with RADIOPUSHERS/RADIOPUSHERSTV (RP/RPTV), where I’ve contributed to various roles over the past six years. Currently, my focus lies in podcasting and engagement as a Podcast Host and Engagement Strategist. RP/RPTV operates from its headquarters in California, with additional offices in Georgia, New York, and Miami, where I am currently based. This role has allowed me to amplify the voices of creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries by providing them with a platform to share their journeys, promote their work, and connect with their audience on a deeper level.
I conduct Artist Interview Podcasts across five distinct shows: The MUSICHYPEBEAST Podcast, The Power 102.8 LA Podcast, The Out the Mud Podcast, The 24Hip-Hop Podcast, and The Rap God Podcast. These interviews are aired on major platforms, including 99.7 DA HEAT Miami Radio Station, POWER 102.8 LA Radio Station, iHeartRadio, and are available across all major streaming services.
Music is the universal language of the world, and through these interviews, we dive deep into the minds and hearts of artists. We discuss why they believe they are built for the long run, their creative process—both lyrically and sonically, and the authentic story, message, and vision behind their music and brand. Each conversation is unique, exploring topics such as their approach to life, personal philosophies, and how they use their music to inspire others.
I also ask them about the specific record they have in rotation on one of RP/RPTV’s radio stations, inviting them to share the concept behind the track. As a surprise, I play the record live during the interview and then ask, “How did that make you feel?” We reflect on how their audience, or a broader audience responds to their music, giving space to acknowledge the impact their work has on listeners.
We dive into more than just their careers, discussing how they balance their personal and spiritual life with their material life, the risks they’ve taken, their moments of darkness and faith, and the real-life events that shape their music. We discuss how they believe they can improve and shape their lives to become better individuals for their legacy. The conversation often extends to topics like creating generational wealth, healing for their lineage, and the lasting impact they hope to leave behind.
Every interview is tailored to the specific podcast show, with a variety of thought-provoking questions that keep the conversations fresh and engaging. Through these candid discussions, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for authentic storytelling and meaningful dialogue. This work has further fueled my passion for alignment, soulful connection, and making a lasting impact, both within the music industry and beyond.
Out of this evolving self-discovery, SoulFlow Alchemist was born. It took me seven years and counting to craft this vision from my heart. Everything I offer through SoulFlow Alchemist is rooted in lived experience, embodied practice, and deep alignment. My goal is to create a safe space where people can show up as their true selves, free from judgment, and explore their path authentically.
Today, I guide entrepreneurs, artists, healers, and other individuals to align their personal and professional lives with their true essence. Through a unique blend of Human Design and soul-centered guidance, I support authentic transformation and flow. I am also a certified Holistic Transformational Guide, and this training allows me to empower others on their journeys toward alignment and self-discovery.
Though SoulFlow Alchemist is still in the early stages of development, I remain committed to humanitarian work, helping those who seek deeper soul exploration and connection. This path continues to teach me about surrendering to the rhythm of life, embracing my gifts, and trusting the process. Now, I use everything I’ve learned to help others rediscover their own rhythm, honor their uniqueness, and trust in the natural flow of life.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road at all, it’s been filled with challenges that have shaped me along the way. One of the biggest struggles was learning to let go of control. Coming from a management background, I was used to being in charge and organizing everything, but Human Design showed me that my path required surrender, patience, and trust in life’s natural flow. That shift was far from easy. As a Projector, my role is to guide, not initiate or take charge and I’ve learned to leave that to the Manifestors. This was a huge eye-opener because, throughout my deconditioning process, I realized how much I had been conditioned to operate in ways that were completely opposite to who I was truly meant to be.
Another challenge was stepping away from my old career and embracing the uncertainty of building something new from the ground up. Music has always been a part of my life and will forever be my niche. I grew up listening to music with my dad, and my grandpa was in a band. I sang in chorus, played instruments, and performed, yet I never imagined I would end up in the music industry.
Without realizing it, I started living his dream as an artist, taking on too much and losing sight of my own path. I had to learn to step away because I am not the artist, and that wasn’t my role to play. It felt like I was breaking away from a version of myself that no longer fit, and that process brought a lot of inner conflict. There were moments of doubt and fear of wondering if I was making the right decision or if this new path I was creating would resonate with others. Ultimately, through all my experiences and talents, I have discovered what I have been putting together from within.
Creating SoulFlow Alchemy has required me to balance personal growth with the demands of starting a business, and this journey has been anything but easy. Each day brought its own challenges, often leaving me feeling overwhelmed as I navigated the complexities of entrepreneurship while managing my own needs for self-care and growth. Burnout became a frequent visitor, and self-doubt crept in, making me question my ability to bring this vision to life.
Learning to trust my inner guidance became essential. It meant quieting the noise of external expectations and reconnecting with my authentic self. Stepping into my role as a leader often felt like walking a tightrope and balancing the responsibilities of creator, coach, and entrepreneur while wrestling with my emotional landscape. Some days, motivation seemed elusive, burdened by uncertainty.
However, every challenge has been a catalyst for growth. Each obstacle has pushed me to confront my fears and embrace resilience, guiding me toward a deeper understanding of my purpose. Ultimately, creating SoulFlow Alchemist has transformed my struggles into steppingstones, allowing me to emerge as a stronger, more authentic version of myself aligned with my soul’s calling.
I’ve learned that obstacles aren’t roadblocks, they’re part of the flow. As an Energetic Splenic Projector, my strategy is to wait for the invitation. a process that has taught me patience, trust, and alignment. This approach wasn’t easy at first, especially after years of operating from a place of control and structure. But by embracing my strategy, I’ve found that the right opportunities and connections flow to me when I align with my true self.
These challenges have helped me build a foundation that’s more authentic and aligned with my purpose, allowing me to create a space where others can find clarity, transformation, and empowerment on their own journeys. My experience has shown me that every obstacle is an opportunity for growth, guiding me and those I serve, closer to the natural flow of life.

The Human Design System: Blending Cosmic Energies with Practical Insights
Human Design offers a framework to understand how we are wired to operate, make decisions, and connect with others. Combining astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and the chakra system with modern science, including quantum physics, Human Design provides a map, called the BodyGraph, that offers insights into your unique strengths and life purpose.
One scientific foundation of Human Design is the concept of neutrinos, subatomic particles that carry material information. Approximately 3 trillion neutrinos pass through every square inch of the Earth each second, leaving traces of information as they move through our bodies.
