Hi Nisha , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey simply started off as a side hustle. During the time I wanted to make some extra cash so I decided to sell plates. In the midst of everything, the Lord gave me a vision that I couldn’t deny or stop thinking about. I was told to remain focused and work this thing so he can take me to the next level and here we are 4 years later doing exactly what the Lord said
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. People typically think being a chef is one of the easiest routes and it’s not. Late nights, early mornings. It does take a huge toll on your body as well! I think one of my struggles in the beginning was time management, and also making sure that my customer service was top tier. Which took some time! But now I can proudly say that I offer 5 star customer service and my time management is impeccable.

I’m most proud that my brand has excelled as quick as it did. With hard work, dedication, and consistent content, we cater for clients from all different regions of the world that travel to Miami and want an experience!
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I’m a firm believer in Taking risks, I would call that taking a faith leap and trusting the Lord with every aspect of your life. Leaving my 9-5 and fully trusting the call that was on my life was a huge risk. But I was willing to take that risk because the Lord ordered my steps, and he makes your crooked paths straight.
