Meet Stephanie Mordes of The Florida Coastal Group// Aquantis Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Mordes

Hi Stephanie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started as a fitness instructor teaching probably every modality out there, from Cycle, Trx, Resistance, Strength, Pilates, Lagree, Aqua, Kangoo and the list goes on! Along side of that I was also privately training people at their homes. I also am a licensed therapist and have a nutition certification. After years of training the same clients I was presented with an odd opportunity from a dear client that trusted me and had faith in me who requested me to sell their home. Well I was not a real estate agent and never thought about it but that opportunity changed everything . I quickly went to school, got my license and got in with one of the best brokerages (that is a whole nother story I can expand on when we talk and its important). From their everything grew to where I am today with my own team and work exclusively for an unbelievable developer who builds custom homes that range from 13 million to over 39 million, of course my team and I sell everything else as well!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There is always struggles but I am a positive person who is solution based so I just keeping on moving to the next step because everything always changes and usually gets better or different!

As you know, we’re big fans of The Florida Coastal Group// Aquantis Realty. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We offer concierge services for any and all of our clients. We want to make every transaction painless so they are happyand can enjoy purchasing their dream house. We are strong negotiatiors with a great market sense. We have lots of great vendors and referrals. Will elaborate more when we speak

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My advice is that you have to hang in there and get through at least the first year. Take as much help from everyone, learn from the people you want to be like and ignore any and all negativity
