Hi Renata, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hi, there! 😊
I’m Brazilian, Fashion Designer and Brand Ambassador in Miami.
I have a Degree in Fashion Design and a Master’s Degree in Fashion Buyer in Milan, Italy. And yes I speak Italian Amore Mio 🙂
I had the amazing opportunity to live in Milan for almost 3 years of my life and the chance to meet and work with a lot of talented people there.
And the possibility of traveling the world and geting lot of inspiration and references from different cultures.
In 2020 I opened my own swimwear business in Brazil and in 2022 I moved to Florida. As I love everything about beach, music and art. And there’s nothing better than Miami to be in touch with all of this.
And recently I started to running my own Events Business the @r7eventagency when we provide everything that you need to make the event happens like team of BA’s, modeling, bartender, dancers and more.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Oh no!
I believe that for me and for most foreigners/immigrants from other countries, it’s like arriving in a new country and having to learn the language, adapt to the culture and having to start life over again. This time here in Miami it was a little easier, but still with many difficulties at the beginning… because I already had experience and knew more or less the step by step of how to do it because I had already done it in Milan, Italy.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?

I started working very early when I was 15 years old and I haven’t stopped since…
Today I am a Fashion Designer, Influencer and Brand Ambassador in Miami. And I am starting a small events agency the @r7eventagency.
Here in Miami I am known for working at many events as a Brand Ambassador and generating content for the internet.
One of the things I am most proud of in my professional career was the beachwear business I started in Brazil.
A store with my own brand where I did the entire process from purchasing the material to selling the final product to the customer.
I believe that what sets me apart from other people is my professionalism, my enthusiasm when I am doing something, my will to live and to make things work. In addition to the Gemini charisma and Brazilian spice. haha
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Having the money to pay my bills o/ I’m kidding… 🙂
But what makes me happiest today is the life that I can offer myself, the opportunities that I’m having here in Miami. I arrived here a little over of 2 year ago, broke, not speaking the language well and having to start my life over again. And now I’m here giving an interview to a magazine to talk about myself and my career.
