Ariana, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Since a young girl, I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry. In 2019, I started selling cosmetics such as lashes and lip glosses, and have since expanded to selling hair as well as becoming a hairstylist. For years, I would do my own hair then progressed to doing family & friends to now generating loyal clientele. I believe that when you look good you feel good, and what makes my business unique is the personal connection I strive to build with each client. I take the time to understand their needs, concerns, and goals, creating a tailored experience that makes them feel seen and appreciated. My mission is to empower people by helping them discover the beauty within themselves, no matter their age, skin tone, or background. This isn’t just a business for me—it’s a way to make a positive impact on the lives of others, one appointment at a time.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting a business is a challenge within itself, as it’s something new. I would say the hardest part is just starting and not giving up. There may be some days where you make $500 and another day you make $0, you might get 1000 likes on a post or get 0. Either way, you have to be able to keep your head up and keep pushing your business as somebody will see you. Everybody won’t see your vision. God gave that dream to you and sometimes you just have to show people. You have to show up for yourself.

The Ariana Beauty Company offers services ranging from wig installations to traditional sew-ins and quick weaves. We also offer premium virgin hair on hand available for purchase. Installs are complementary when a unit is purchased.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
In an industry where self-expression, individuality, and trust play significant roles, I believe that authenticity is essential for success. Clients value transparency and connection, and being genuine builds trust and loyalty.
