Meet Samantha DeBianchi of DeBianchi Real Estate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha DeBianchi.

Samantha, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I got my real estate license in 2009 when everyone was leaving the industry. After getting frustrated over not making any money, I exited out of the business after a few months of trying. In late 2010, I re-entered after my sister insisted that the only way I was going to make it in real estate was if I invested in myself. In 2011, I created DeBianchi Real Estate and I’ve grown to 20 agents with goals of growing to 50 in the next year to two years. In a very short period, I’ve become a real estate and business expert speaking regularly on Fox News, Fox Business, CNBC, The Street and all television and media outlets as well as being quoted regularly in Forbes, etc. I was also the first female on Million Dollar Listing Miami on Bravo TV. On top of being a realtor and business owner, I am a keynote speaker giving inspirational talks to thousands of people around the world (including 4500 in Australia). I am also very focused on my new blog, SamDeBianchi.com that gives real advice to those looking to grow a business and brand.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road. Real estate and any commission based/sales industry is tough — you don’t have consistency and you never know when the next deal will come (and if it ever will). The market changes and you must change with it. But, when you create strong systems and build a solid team, the possibilities of success are endless.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about DeBianchi Real Estate – what should we know?
I’ve worked very hard to have amazing company culture. I realized that having that is something 99% of companies do not have and many don’t even strive for — but for me, that’s extremely important. It’s also my goal to empower all of my agents and show them that with handwork and hustle, anything can be accomplished. I grew my entire business and brand from Facebook and blogging so, I focus on helping agents grow their brand and implement a “social media day” for each of them so that they have content in order to grow their brand and business.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Persistence — having the ability to get back up each and every time you fail and knowing that there’s light at the end of the tunnel… it’s just a matter of being persistent enough to find it. I think that’s by far the most important characteristic to have… immediately behind honesty. I’ve always been honest throughout my whole career and I think it allows me to sleep well at night.
