Community Highlights: Meet Carla Paola Gonzalez Lillo of Panambí Coaching/ Medium luz de vida

Today we’d like to introduce you to Carla Paola Gonzalez Lillo

Hi Carla Paola, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hello, my name is Carla, I am 35 years old, and I work as an air traffic controller, a professional ontological coach, and a medium. I am Argentine and currently living in Spain. A year and a half ago, I decided to embark on a new professional path, which is why my family and I decided to move abroad.

During the pandemic, I took the bold step of establishing my personal brand, Panambí Coaching. This has opened doors for me in the business world through coaching. My aim is to train people who work in the aeronautical industry in soft or social skills, focusing on the four bodies: emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical. In this way, I seek to approach what I believe to be the fundamental link in any company’s chain: the human being.

Thanks to my experience as an air traffic controller, I wrote a manual on aviation coaching, which I am about to publish. In this manual, I discuss all these approaches and the direction in which I believe the new era of human resources in companies is heading.

In addition, as a coach, I write a lifestyle column for a magazine called XMAG in Spain. I love being able to reach readers from various parts of the world since the magazine is also printed in English and is currently expanding to the Asian and American markets, with over a million online subscribers. Moreover, it is reaching various airlines and transportation companies. This incredible opportunity has been one of the most beautiful experiences in my life as a writer. I love writing about conscious lifestyle topics, providing self-care and self-love tools for my readers.

On the other hand, I can say that I have been a medium since childhood, meaning I have the gift of seeing and receiving messages from transcended beings. Thanks to the internet, I’ve had the opportunity for people from all over the world to reach out to me. I use Instagram to showcase my gift, conducting live channeling sessions, and many people from Argentina, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia, Miami, Italy, and Spain write to me daily to witness my abilities.

I feel immense joy in being able to share this wonderful gift with others. I believe that by doing so, I contribute to bringing health, peace, and happiness to the world in a way that is filled with love and wisdom.

As I mentioned earlier, my 15 years of experience as an air traffic controller have provided me with invaluable knowledge, and I’m not ready to give that up. That’s why I’m currently preparing to continue my professional career here in Spain. I need to take the course again to be able to work in this field, and I feel incredibly happy and motivated about it. It’s an experience that brings me great joy and introduces me to wonderful people.

More than 10 years ago, I discovered OACI and Eurocontrol, and I was fascinated by the level of technological advancement. I wanted to be part of it, and now, living through this process reminds me of the importance of having dreams and making them a reality.

Less than a month ago, I visited Miami for the first time, a dream I’ve had since I was a child. I could feel the beautiful energy and vibration of the place. I’ve always wanted to live there, and I always knew that someday I would. While I’m currently preparing the path to make that happen, it is an honor for me to share my story in this magazine and hopefully inspire its readers.

I want to remind each of you of the following: Every step you take, every decision you make, should be made with determination and confidence. No one knows where the path will end, but sometimes you can feel it as a calling. There will always be fear—don’t forget that—but what’s important is that you follow your dreams despite the fear, despite not knowing if it’s the right thing for you. The opportunities you find on this new journey may surprise you, even exceed your expectations, but I assure you that it will be the best path for you. That’s where you’ll find your best version, so GO FOR IT!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I couldn’t say that it was an easy journey, although I know it all depends on the attitude you take toward it. I admit that leaving everything behind—friends, family, home, job, stability—was very difficult at first because you have to learn a lot about detachment. But then, when you find yourself on a plane with just a suitcase filled with what you consider the most important things to take with you, all I could do was trust and believe that I was doing something I had dreamed of and planned for more than 10 years.

I remember going to the bathroom on that long flight, looking at myself in the mirror, and between tears, I congratulated myself. I said to myself, “Look at you, you’re doing it. I’m so proud of you. Nothing can go wrong because you’re here for something bigger.” At that moment, I felt like my entire life flashed before my eyes, and for the first time, I saw a world of possibilities ahead of me.

I was lucky enough to live in Italy for a few months, where I learned the language, worked in a bar, and met people from all over the world. That experience helped me stay focused on my goal of returning to my career in aviation. I also discovered that I could channel in Italian, which completely surprised me because I didn’t know I could be a medium in other languages. It was an amazing experience.

When I arrived in Spain, I knew I couldn’t lose focus. I was determined to study, to get a job as an air traffic controller, to give coaching workshops on soft skills, and to dedicate myself to mediumship, all at the same time, just like I did in Argentina. Soon, I found a way to do it all in an organized and happy way. Being a coach has helped me a lot in managing my time and planning weekly, monthly, and annually, so I always have something to work on.

What I haven’t mentioned until now is that I have a beautiful family who supports me—my partner and my daughter, who are the driving force behind my spiritual and professional growth.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
As I mentioned earlier, I have two brands: one as a coach and another as a medium. In my coaching brand, I focus specifically on providing workshops and training to individuals and companies within the aeronautical sector. In this context, I teach soft or social skills from a holistic view of the human being, addressing the emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental aspects separately. Each skill is approached through the lens of these four bodies, using aviation-related terms and analogies.

I will soon be publishing my manual on aviation coaching, where I delve into all these topics, including the importance of meditation and the proactive development of individuals in this field, preparing them to react to any situation in a comprehensive and systematized manner.

Additionally, as a coach, I write a lifestyle column for XMAG magazine, where I share key insights and tools for maintaining a healthy and conscious lifestyle. I also emphasize the importance of incorporating meditation and personal self-care into our daily routines.

On the other hand, as a medium, I run an Instagram brand called @mediumluzdevida, where I showcase my gift of channeling messages from transcended beings to help bring healing and relief to those who seek me out. Through this platform, I aim to share the lessons and messages I receive from guides, masters, ancestors, and beings of light, contributing my bit of love, peace, and happiness to the world.

This part of my life is quite fascinating, as it took me a long time to feel comfortable sharing it due to the automated environment I was used to. But the truth is that thanks to this wonderful gift, I can be the best version of myself. By embracing and sharing it, I feel complete, real, and joyful as I witness the changes not only in myself and my levels of consciousness but also in the lives of the people who receive my services.

More and more people are coming to me for appointments, and my schedule is filling up little by little. It’s incredible to see how much growth I’ve experienced since I began showcasing my gift a few months ago. Initially, I would only fill my weekly schedule, but now I have bookings for the entire month and even for the following months.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
As a child, I grew up with an aeronautical father who introduced me to the Area Control Center at a very young age. That’s when I decided I wanted to follow in his footsteps. It was a passion that gradually ignited within me. He was always very passionate and professional, and I chose to follow his example. I was 18 years old when I decided to move to another province on my own to study air traffic control. Since then, I’ve been deeply passionate about the aeronautical world.

I was fortunate enough to gain inside access to ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) in their Montreal headquarters, and later, I traveled with the commission, of which my father was a member, to countries like Austria, France, Germany, and Belgium. We toured Eurocontrol headquarters, area control centers, runway tours, and airports. This experience opened my eyes to an advanced aeronautical world that I had only seen in movies.

Since then, I have dreamed of living in one of these first-world countries and practicing my profession with the wonderful comforts that cutting-edge technology offers. This is why I am now preparing to take the necessary exams to work as an air traffic controller in Spain. I find this world of technology and professionalism fascinating, and it’s a world I’m determined to be a part of.

Without a doubt, the aeronautical world is my passion!!!!
