Check Out The Real Chelzzz’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to The Real Chelzzz

Hi The Real, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started writing and rapping about 15 years ago and began recording back in 2013 after a short appearance on American Idol. It was clear to me that I needed to break into the industry on my own using the algorithm in my favor. Over the years I’ve independently been able to grow my platform and create a business out of my musical goals. In 2017 I created the company “C3 Official Brand” in order to travel the country and curate shows for myself an other independent artists. We had tremendous success before COVID but started slowing down after the pandemic. Chelzzz recently began working with producers out of Atlanta that are bringing her music to the next level and people have taken notice. This year Chelzzz was asked to perform on the big stage as one of the opening acts for rolling loud. Chelzzz is releasing a new album titled “Relocated” that’s dropping in late 2025.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest obstacle is getting noticed daily and outdoing what I’ve already done. I think as an artist, the more we create, we naturally get better until we master our craft. I feel like I’m to the point that I’ve mastered my sound and my genre and now it’s time to execute. This is a saturated market and without the proper budget and business sense you won’t make it very far. I think the most difficult thing most independent artists need to overcome is how to gain exposure that won’t break the bank.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a rapper and upcoming MMA fighter. My brand has been throwing shows locally since 2018 in the Miami area. We’ve expanded and cleared 37 states from 2018-2023 offering opportunities for independent artists to showcase their talents. Lately I’ve been working on my new releases for my upcoming album “Relocated” and have been expanding and working with other upcoming artists to put out new music. I’m also training at multiple MMA gyms preparing to fight in early 2025. Even more recently, I’ve written a book that will be available to purchase December of this year. The novel is a self help memoir that will help addicts like myself navigate the issues that drive them to addiction. The book is in the publishing process and will be released before the Holidays for purchase everywhere.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
The beach! I love it, the traffic. Hate it.
