Neto, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey in the travel industry began back in the early 2000s. Although I’m originally from Rio Branco, Acre, Brazil, I’ve had the opportunity to live in different places, including an extended period in Bologna, Italy. This international experience gave me a broader perspective on the luxury travel market.
In 2020, I founded 305 Travel Concierge, a high-end travel agency with offices in both Miami and São Paulo.
As a Brazilian with years of experience in the field, I position myself as a specialist in Brazilian destinations, offering our clients a comprehensive range of services—from luxury car rentals and yacht charters to personalized packages for exploring Brazil with the utmost comfort and exclusivity.
What drives me is the passion to turn travel into unique experiences, always focused on meeting the highest expectations.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like any entrepreneurial journey, it hasn’t been a completely smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been navigating the complexities of the travel industry, especially during times of global uncertainty like the pandemic. With travel restrictions and shifting regulations, it became crucial to adapt quickly to new realities and keep our clients informed and reassured.
Another challenge has been building a solid network in both Brazil and the U.S. Establishing credibility in two different markets takes time, and understanding the nuances of each market has been a continuous learning experience. But these challenges have ultimately strengthened our commitment to providing personalized, high-quality service.
Despite the obstacles, the passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences has kept me motivated. Every challenge has been an opportunity to grow, innovate, and better serve our clients.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
First and foremost, I owe a great deal of credit to my mother, who has always been a constant presence and source of support in my life. My cousin, Aline Maciel, has been an invaluable reference for me in the USA. I’m also grateful to Rosaria Valeriana, a former boss who has become one of my closest friends and a great encourager. I’m also deeply thankful for my partner, who has supported me in all my decisions for the past five years.
Additionally, I appreciate my clients who trust my services and refer my work with complete confidence. The challenges I’ve faced have been instrumental in helping me develop new skills. I’m grateful to everyone who believes in my work, and even those who don’t—because their skepticism motivates me to continuously improve and excel.
