My journey has always been about pushing boundaries and finding ways to break free from the ordinary. Growing up in Venezuela, I was driven by a desire to carve my own path, and baseball became my first opportunity to do so. It gave me the chance to leave my home country and explore new horizons. But like many, 2020 brought its fair share of challenges. I found myself navigating through different fields, trying out various ventures, all while searching for that one thing that truly clicked.

It wasn’t until I entered the world of high-end furniture cleaning that everything fell into place. What started as another business idea quickly became a passion. I realized that this market, though largely untapped, had immense potential. The craft of delivering exceptional service—paying attention to the smallest details and providing clients with a tailored, premium experience—was something that resonated deeply with me.

Now, my focus is on helping people in a way that goes beyond the surface. For me, it’s not just about cleaning furniture; it’s about preserving the things people love, offering them the peace of mind that their cherished pieces are in the best hands. It’s this combination of passion and professionalism that has brought me to where I am today, and it’s what drives Cleanify Plus forward.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any worthwhile journey, the road to where we are today has definitely had its bumps. One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced is building credibility. Despite nearly five years of personal experience in the industry, Cleanify Plus is still relatively new as a brand. And in a competitive market, that can make things tough—potential clients often hesitate to try something unfamiliar, even when we know we have something truly special to offer.

But here’s the thing: once someone gives us a chance, they see the difference immediately. We don’t just clean furniture or rugs; we provide an experience. Our approach is all about meticulous attention to detail and delivering results that exceed expectations. It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch clients become loyal advocates, referring us to others because they’ve experienced firsthand the level of care and professionalism we bring.

Every new business faces its fair share of skepticism, but we’ve used that as fuel to constantly improve, to keep refining our service.
