Hi Victoria, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m Victoria Fragoso, the founder of By Vic Media, a boutique creative firm specializing in graphic design, social media management, and brand consulting. My journey has had many beginnings, each leading to a pivotal “aha” moment. From a young age, I was always drawn to creativity—my room was filled with self-made masterpieces, and I was constantly eager to bring my ideas to life.
As I grew older, I found a career that allowed me to use this creative vision to help businesses thrive. But the true inspiration for my path came from my parents, who owned a small business. They struggled to navigate the fast-paced world of marketing and social media. With no time to focus on branding and content creation, they also had difficulty finding trustworthy marketing help that wasn’t overpriced or overpromising.
My journey began with a desire to help my parents’ business succeed in this digital age. In doing so, I discovered a deep passion for helping small business owners unlock their full potential through beautiful branding and engaging social media platforms. Now, five years in, I’ve been fortunate to work with many incredible business owners across a wide range of fields, including health and wellness, hospitality, medical, jewelry, event planning, and more. Building lasting client relationships through my work has been rewarding in itself.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Finding your own style as a young creator can be challenging. When I first started, I admired many digital creators, but it took time to distinguish their style from mine and nurture what made me unique. As I gained more clients and experimented with different styles to suit their needs, I discovered which branding styles resonated with me and where my creative vision truly excelled.

With over five years of experience in social media and content creation, I excel at developing captivating branding concepts and logo suites that bring your vision to life. My work spans a variety of industries, including jewelry, retail, medical aesthetics, catering, and cargo services. Whether enhancing your online presence or creating impactful brand collateral, I’m ready to deliver exceptional results. I assist businesses with everything from brand copy and product photography to paid social media advertising or a social media profile makeover. Our expertise covers a range of branding styles, from eclectic and earthy to elegant and feminine, sleek and minimalistic, or whimsical and hand-drawn. My main goal is to bring my client’s vision to life by creating a personalized and curated brand story through content, copywriting, and graphic design.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I think I have been lucky to have created lasting bonds with my clients, which in turn, has allowed me to work with referred clients through word of mouth. I am also very lucky to have worked with clients who trust my expertise and are curious to see what I bring to the table, allowing me to be creative and unique in my approach. Lastly, I believe I have been very fortunate to have always been supported to pursue my passions, this is why I feel so driven to excel and grow in my field of interest.
