Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hi, My name is Tatyana Wesley and I am the founder of Bella’s Beauty Cave. My business all started from a vision. A vision to be a successful young entrepreneur with an incredible talent for creating unique inventory. I knew being an entrepreneur was a career I wanted for myself so I started out with different ideas not knowing lipgloss will be what caught my attention. We started making lip glosses in 2021 and from there started with skin care and next was candles. When I first started I didn’t have the knowledge or the patience to continue because of the amount of responsibility I had to keep up with so in 2022 I decided to take a break and focus on myself and add more knowledge about my main goal for my business. I did researched and made a plan for my relaunch. In September 2023 , we relaunched and came back stronger than ever, hitting over my monthly business goal each month. With the knowledge and support I’m able to continue making new products monthly ensuring Bella’s Beauty Cave is everyone’s go to place for all natural beauty care needs.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
A smooth road ? Of course not. Not one thing is smooth when starting a business from the ground up. My main struggle was my mind , the thoughts of not succeeding. When sells were low and days go by without a sell, you start to get discouraged and start doubting if starting a business was a mistake.

Our products are all handmade with love and care, using only the finest natural ingredients to ensure the best quality for our customers. We offer a variety of lip glosses, skin care products, and candles that are perfect for everyday use or for special occasions. Bella’s Beauty Cave is known for making natural beauty products from body scrubs, body butters, body bars ,etc. I’m different from others because I believe in empowering individuals to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. We strive to provide products that not only enhance your natural beauty but also promote self-care and self-love.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Finding a mentor and networking are crucial for personal and professional growth. Finding a mentor and building a strong network takes time and effort, but the benefits of having a supportive mentor and a valuable network can greatly impact your business. Attending small business events and meetings has provided me a great opportunity to meet new people and expand my network. Im open to striking up conversations with individuals who may be potential mentors for me or networking partnerships.
