Conversations with Dr Fernando Agustin Henin

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr Fernando Agustin Henin

Hi Dr Fernando Agustin, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I came in 1999 from Buenos Aires Argentina. I did not have any money. I did not have the knowledge of the English language and I did not have papers. first I start to work in construction, I did floors ceramic marble, etc., then since the job was so heavy, I started cleaning houses and cleaning 3 to 4 houses a day.
My first car was a 1972 Volkswagen beetle.
Then I decide to start taking ESOL classes to learn English to communicate with others better.
Then I decide to start the career as a massage therapist and I went to school for it.
In the same time, I stared going to college to take classes towards my bachelors degree. I think it took me like six or seven years to complete it.
Then at the age of 45 years old, I decide to quit my full-time job and go back to school to become a chiropractor. I got my license in 2021 and I’ve been practicing ever since.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There were not easy roads for me.
first I was struggling with the language. english and communication. Then trying to regularized my immigration status that thank God, I meant Faith, whose today is my ex-wife and we got married in 2003. we lasted for about eight years.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a doctor in Chiropractic medicine and I specialized on families. From pregnancy to postpartum babies, kids, adolescence and adults, I love to see the entire family getting Chiropractic treatment also I do dry needling, (acupuncture) to treat different issues like insomnia, headaches, anxiety, local pain, and issues with internal organs. In the practice, I accept some health insurance, cash patients and personal injury patients or victims from a car accident.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
They can collaborate with me by coming in to the practice to see me, when they suffer from any type of musculoesqueletal issue. Then shearing their experience with their friends and leaving me a review in social media.
