Today we’d like to introduce you to Tamara Feola
Hi Tamara, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2016, I started a business named Errand Girl Miami. I was a personal assistant, available to anyone, to hire by the hour for odd jobs, running errands and things people didn’t seem to have the time for.
Most of my clients turned out to be people from out of town that have vacation homes in Miami and the surrounding areas. They needed a trusted person to look after their homes, take care of any emergencies and even help decorate.
I have a degree in Interior Design, so this was a natural progression for me.
During the early months of 2020, during lockdown, I had the idea to rebrand my company so it more fit with the work I was doing and Miami Home Concierge was born. As soon as I launched it into the world via social media, the jobs started pouring in and I haven’t slowed down since.
I have quite a few luxury homes that my clients trust me to take care of for them, but I’ve also been able to design many homes for some other clients. Miami Home Concierge takes care of basically anything home related. Home watching, property management, project management, Interior Design and I’m also a Realtor.
My niche is turnkey service where every towel, fork and piece of furniture is in place before my client’s arrival into town. Many of them I don’t even meet until after all the work is done!
My greatest joy is in making people feel cared for and comfortable. I’ve received many late night texts from my clients thanking me for their homes that make them very happy. There is no better feeling than that!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
When you love what you do, it is a smooth road. I’m constantly learning new things, but I enjoy every minute of it.
I know a lot about construction and home care, but I don’t know anything about pool equipment, so I’m learning that now!

My clients trust me with a very important part of their lives…their homes.
Many of them, I would now consider my friends, after working together for many years.
I’m proud of this trust. It’s because I treat every home, every design, every detail like it’s my own home. If it’s not perfect, it doesn’t pass for me.
My slogan is – Enhancing and caring for your home, one detail at a time.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I feel successful knowing that I am making my clients happy.
