Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my career as a personal shopper in Miami in 2019. I got pregnant in 2020 during the pandemic, and I suddenly found myself immersed in motherhood. Soon after I got pregnant, I started researching the best baby products for myself. In 2021, I started a business called “Meu Pacote Importado” where I shopped for products in Miami and sent them to Brazil. It did not take long for this business to change only into baby products. Helping other women on their journey to motherhood gave me a sense of purpose, so I decided to make a change and founded Miami Baby Concierge, which offers a complete shopping experience for expectant moms who come to Miami to shop for their future babies.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My biggest struggle in the beginning was creating the program while having a baby in my arms. Miami Baby Concierge was created during my daughter’s nap times, which gives it an even greater purpose!
Another challenge was building relationships with baby brands and baby stores. However, it didn’t take us long to build a solid relationship due to our great customers. Today, we are proud to partner with the finest baby stores in the USA.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Miami Baby Concierge is a full baby shopping experience for expectant moms. We specialize in providing an educational program that enables moms to make smart choices when buying for their babies. To ensure a complete and safe experience, we have partnered with medical professionals, including pediatricians, breastfeeding consultants, and others, to approve and curate our product selections.
Our packages include the entire shopping experience as well as memorable activities in Miami, such as photoshoots and ultrasounds, creating a truly unique and enriching experience during the so called “Baby Moon”.

I dedicate all the achievements of Miami Baby Concierge to my first customers, who trusted and encouraged me to build this company that has enriched the lives of so many moms. I also give credit to my daughter Lara, who chose me as her mom and gave me the purpose and strength to keep going.
