Today we’d like to introduce you to VALERIA LEITE
Hi VALERIA, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I raised my family my family and when I became a mom in my 20s my priorities changed, but I always had the need to study and start my own business where I could offer my clients quality and service.
I focused for some time to grow my business of feminine aesthetics , I am also a personal trainer and I created a clothing brand and in each business I put hard work, perseverance and all my energy. Then my life changed when 3 years ago we decided to emigrate to Miami where we continued with the Real Estate development business that my husband was dedicated to for 15 years and in wich I was always in some way. Here I decided that I wanted to be a more active part of our Company and that’s when I got my Realtor Licence . In these last years I learned a lot , but above all I became passionate about this business in wich every day I learn something new and I focus to grow and improve myself always even thought sometimes I’m very exigent with myself.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There were many along the way but here for example I had to reinevt myself and understand the way the business works in here since it is a different form from mine. There were sleepless nights because I didn’t not understand something and I spent hours researching I also had moments when problems came and I had to solve them at the last minute and in the best possible way, but now I can say that I learned at every step and that I grew thanks to them. In items of construction, there are many details that I had to learn very carefully because the smallest correction in the structure can change everything.
Another challenge was to organize my life as a mom and balance it with my personal progress because I am very detail oriented and I love everything to run smoothly and adapt my time so I don’t miss anything with my children as well.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m realtor and I also have a Construction Company with my family in which we have been developing New Construction in different countries for more than 15 years. I love what I do because we get to see a home from the ground up and go through the entire building process until we get a family to make it their home. Iove to see my clients enjoy something that we create with effort and put so much thought into every detail..
I have clients from different countries and I am passionate about guiding them through the process of buying a property because Iknow that some steps are different from other countries .
Today I look back and I feel proud of the road I have traveled because there were many difficulties that I was able to overcome with energy and joy of what I have experienced . I grew and continue to grow every day in this great world of Real Estate .
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
My message for all those who are starting a project or are thinking about a new one: perseverance, discipline and patience is what will get you where you want to be. Sometimes it’s not easy and it feels that the road is heavy , but I’m pretty sure that with love fore oneself and for what we do, everything can be achived.
