Today we’d like to introduce you to Irvens Eristil
Hi Irvens, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I played football from 7th grade to my senior year in college and decided that I wanted to give back to athletes who went to my former high school with all of the knowledge I learned as an athlete. So I got a few certifications and started coaching people for free at first and even started with $15 sessions to build a name for myself.
After getting people’s results, I started to get a name for myself, and I started blowing up on TikTok, amassing over 100k followers. I got invited to participate in an NFL combine prep internship down in Miami to work with some of the biggest names in sports from Mecole Hardman, Justin Jefferson, Chris Olave, and more.
I just kept going and remained consistent through the ups and downs. I shadowed and learned from elite coaches and cultivated my own principles and coaching style to help improve my skills as a coach.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has been challenging yet worth every struggle I have encountered. From moving out of my hometown to some nights sleeping in my car, to not being accepted and not feeling respected I’ve faced many struggles along the way that have helped my development over time to become a more resilient person in the face of adversity.

I’m a viral content creator that creates videos on TikTok and youtube that have amassed over millions of views. I coach athletes at all levels. I specialize in sports performance training. I’m proud of my the NFL combine prep experience I was apart of. What sets me apart from others is my work ethic and my experience working with high profile athletes.
