The sudden and widespread travel restrictions, coupled with heightened safety concerns, brought the once-thriving sector to a grinding halt. Navigating the uncertainty of evolving regulations, cancellations, and constantly shifting consumer sentiments posed a formidable obstacle.
Beyond the logistical hurdles, the emotional toll of witnessing dreams deferred, plans dashed, and the livelihoods of employees hanging in the balance weighed heavily on everyone in the industry.
