Hi Fabrizio, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I was born in Peru and moved to the United States at the age of 14. Growing up, I cherished moments with friends, and around age 10, I stumbled upon an unused video camera.
We began creating parodies of the TV shows and commercials we watched, reveling in the process of filming and producing our own “shows” and music videos—so much so that we rarely watched the finished products. Over the years, my passion for storytelling and communication deepened. In 2008, I joined Deco Graphic, Inc., a family business initially focused on graphic design and printing.
As the company evolved into a digital marketing agency, we started serving substantial clients across various services. Video production reentered my life through corporate projects, primarily for manufacturers. We specialize in this niche, recognizing and fulfilling the need for improved sales materials within the industry.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been an easy journey. Initially, I pursued a degree in Culinary Management and earned my bachelor’s. Despite my efforts, I soon found myself disenchanted with my career choice.
However, the solid foundation in business administration I gained during my studies proved invaluable when I joined Deco Graphic, Inc. This background helped me navigate the complexities of the business world and contribute meaningfully to our family enterprise.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I’m not typically one to take risks, but I’ve made several bold moves throughout my career, starting with a major career change just after college.
These risks have truly paid off, as I’ve crafted a fulfilling career that I genuinely enjoy. This journey has taught me the value of stepping outside my comfort zone and embracing new opportunities.
