Check Out Martina Rosenthal’s Story

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Martina Rosenthal.

Martina Rosenthal

Hi Martina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
It’s been a great journey so far. I’ve had the privilege of meeting talented people worldwide who continue to inspire me with their stories and work.

As for me, the road has sometimes been paved and easy to drive, but it’s been amazing. I’ve had amazing people along the way who have given me some solid advice, and I was able to build from and establish myself where I am today.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like every story, there’s been friction, fear, friends, and foes. The most common struggles that keep me up are those where there’s a lot invested. I’m the type of person who commits to something and needs to see it through, which is why I invest in some heavy due diligence.

However, in every project, a fork in the road inevitably emerges. One of the primary challenges I consistently grapple with is the realization that sometimes, despite analyzing data and numbers and seeking advice, all that remains is intuition. And often, relying solely on intuition becomes the decisive factor in determining the path forward.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe you can tell us more about your work next?
As a designer turned marketer, I find joy in great teamwork. There is nothing greater than when a great group of people with immense talent get together in a room, the synergy aligns, and great ideas are born,

As a manager, I think my approachability sets me apart from others.

As a manager, what distinguishes me from others is my approachability. In our field, creativity plays a pivotal role in crafting outstanding products. A leader lacking the traits that foster a culture of learning from mistakes can easily demotivate the team.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I don’t believe in luck. I believe in resilience, resourcefulness, and just good ol’ common sense.
