Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadir Perez.
Hi Nadir, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
During college, I interned for Anitere Flores who at the time was a state senator. I fell in love with politics and saw that young people had no impact at least in Miami. I began canvassing and working in voter outreach and founded my company in 2018. We help candidates and organizations, win elections. By engaging voters and persuading our community to support and participate.
Since 2018 we have worked all over the United States for both Republicans and Democrats helping change laws and get really good hard hard-working people elected into public office. We have worked in every position in government and love connecting with people- naturally, we knock on doors for a living.
Our competitive advantage is that we are bilingual and connect with many communities across the United States. As our name suggests we come and go anywhere that we are needed. Our services are Campaign management and consulting!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been very interesting because politics is extremely niche so you retain the same clients, a very limited scope of people and organizations you can work with. But through mentorship and key partnerships we have been able to expand our business to in 2022 we did over 3 million in revenue.
The biggest challenge in this industry is access, politics is the game for the aristocracy so you must know the etiquette of how to speak, address people, and deal with very big egos. The challenges are that we are at the whim of election cycles so our revenue is tied to elections and we don’t work year round. The good consultants do, however!

We are a boutique political consulting firm that specializes in voter outreach and developing strategies to help our clients raise awareness, win elections, or change laws across the United States. We work closely with our clients to execute what is needed to help them achieve their objectives whether it’s knocking on doors, phone banking, text messaging, campaign management, or other political consulting services.
What makes us unique is that our firm is very young but filled with experienced political operatives who understand the bigger picture of elections and campaigns.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success as meeting the goals that you had set forth, and manifesting what you thought impossible. Through collaboration and strategy, we can achieve great things. Success to me occurs when an opportunity meets preparation. Also when we win elections! makes all the hard work worth it!
