Hi Dee, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
My professional background lies in Healthcare Information Technology, but my passion for organizing has been ingrained in me since childhood. It has allowed me to express my artistic side, which is not always possible in the technology industry.
Initially, I organized for myself, but over time, I started helping family and friends as well. This led me to turn my passion into a career. After discussing the idea with close friends, they all encouraged me to pursue it. Hence, dee-clutter was born, a clever play on words using my nickname ‘Dee’. The rest, as they say, is history.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Navigating through challenges has been a part of our journey. During the pandemic, assisting individuals with organizing their homes posed new hurdles as many were understandably cautious about having us in their homes due to Covid restrictions.
In response to this shift, we embraced virtual consultations as a safer and more accessible way to continue offering our organizing services. As restrictions eased, we happily transitioned back to in-person consultations and resumed our hands-on approach to organization.

At dee-clutter, we specialize in transforming both homes and commercial spaces. From decluttering kitchens, closets, garages, and bathrooms to streamlining offices and managing inventory, we cover it all with expertise and a personal touch.
What makes dee-clutter unique and sets us apart from others is our dedication to creating personalized systems tailored to each client’s individual requirements. While I take pride in delivering visually pleasing results, my primary focus is on sustainability.
I aim to provide clients with solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and easy to maintain, ensuring that the organization process does not feel overwhelming. Our goal is to ensure that every client feels at ease and content in their newly organized space.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I feel that the professional organizing industry is expected to continue its growth and evolution. With the increasing awareness of the benefits of decluttering and organizing, more individuals and businesses are likely to seek out professional organizers for assistance.
Overall, the future of the professional organizing industry looks promising, with a greater emphasis on personalized solutions, efficiency, and creating spaces that promote well-being and productivity.
