Hi Jana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
My name is Jana, and I am the owner of Flowers By Jana. Flowers have always been my passion and now my company teaches others how to make beautiful arrangements. Flowers can make any moment special. I am here to help each and every person find their creative side with flowers. I hope to always bring smiles and special moments to everyone. We are a mobile company based out of West Boca, Florida.
My company specializes in coming to your event or party and teaching the participants how to build their own flower arrangements by following my instructions. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing the smiles on peoples’ faces after they accomplish creating a handcrafted beautiful arrangement for either their own living area or for a special loved one. I am often complimented on my ability to put together unique arrangements that brighten peoples’ day, as well as my positive playful demeanor.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There have been a few here and there just like any small business, my first challenge was finding the right supplier of Flowers, without getting the right supplier or the right flowers that will suit your event you can lose your customers very fast. Then you always have people that nothing makes them happy and they are very hard on themselves.
My goal is to change their spirits in. My class and let them know this is a happy place and to leave their worries and stress at the door and they will not be graded on their arrangement, just to have fun with it! Fresh flowers are aphrodisiac!!

Success in any business is what you put into it!! I am always watching videos and taking classes on new ideas to keep my clients trying new things each class! Knowledge in any business is power!
