Hidden Gems: Meet Hugo Sifuentes Domenack of STigma Producciones

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hugo Sifuentes Domenack.

Hugo Sifuentes Domenack

Hi Hugo, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I always have photography as a hobby. Then, when I started to study marketing, I realized that I could transmit ideas, feelings, and stories with photography. Now, I can’t live without watching the world without a camera: not only pro cameras but even smartphones, which I use more to do pics and videos than cellphones.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
People usually think that with digital cameras, everything in photography is easy and cheap, but as with everything in life: good works are not easy, you need to invest in the best equipment and education.

Also, there is important to know that everyone who arrives in a foreign country, with a different language, has no contacts to start, so every client, every assignment, and every opportunity is so important to us. That’s why every new and old client trusts our work, thanks!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We do commercial work, not only photography, but also viral videos, but I really enjoy working with people: not only portraits, sports, events, music shows, etc. We start in Latin America, first Peru, and we have the chance to work on different assignments for Argentina, Mexico, and Panama, so in every job that we are involved in, we try to give the best effort and international quality.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
I generally work with models, and when there is chemistry: results are always the best! But this is a team effort so I want to thank my assistants, my staff crew, my make-up artist, my wardrobe team, and also my digital marketing guys who are so important. Without social media, you can’t continue growing.
