LEXX SEGARRA

Hi Lexx, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve been working in finance for more than a decade, and although it pays the bills, I’ve always felt a stronger pull toward something more people-focused. During the pandemic, I decided to follow my passion for personal training and nutrition. What began as a fitness journey turned into something much more meaningful!

I started out doing concierge personal training, going to clients’ homes or apartment gyms, and crafting customized programs to meet their specific needs. I’ve even taken up as a fitness coach at my favorite studio [solidcore]. More recently, I’ve shifted to online programs. I’m all about the whole package – not just workouts, but nutrition tips, meal plans, habit-building, and keeping you on track. that offer a complete wellness package. Along the way, I earned certifications as a Bodybuilding and Women’s Fitness Specialist. But for me, it’s about more than just the physical stuff. It’s about helping people find strength, self-love, and deep confidence.

So, allow me to reintroduce myself – I’m Lexx, your Wellness Coach. I specialize in bodybuilding, Women’s Fitness, and Plant-Based Nutrition. I’m here to help women feel strong in their bodies and in setting and maintaining their boundaries.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As your Wellness Coach, I’m not just here to drum up personalized fitness plans and dish out nutrition advice. Nope, I want to be your cheerleader, helping you build habits, and giving you that extra nudge to stay on track. But it’s not just about reps and meal plans – it’s about making you feel like the powerhouse you are, both physically and mentally.

Our journey together starts with a good old chat where I’m not just hearing your words but tuning into the vibes, I’m not just hearing what you’re saying; I’m tuning in to your vibe, picking up on body language, and diving into the nitty-gritty of your goals and struggles. That way, I can whip up the ultimate plan that’s tailor-made for you! And hey, we’re all about flexibility – tweaking things along the way to match your progress.

Yep, I still do the VIP treatment with in-home workouts, but guess what? I decided to up the ante. Last year, Tribe Taco Tuesdays became a thing, and you all loved it! Now, I’m putting my chef hat on, using some of my favorite recipes to make sure you’re not just eating well but enjoying every single bite on your wellness adventure. Let’s make sure your meals are as awesome as your gains!
