Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Scher.
Tyler, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started MediaScher in 2018— We are coming up on our 5th anniversary in November. It’s still incredible for me to think about my journey since the beginning. I took my passion for visual storytelling and turned it into a career.
My experience before founding MediaScher was solely as a freelance video editor and graphic designer. As MediaScher evolved, we now cover all facets of media, design, and marketing. Now, our goal is to provide a full-service media and marketing strategy for all of our incredible clients.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not! There is no success without failure, but if you don’t quit you can never truly fail. In 2020 the pandemic practically wiped out our business. We were primarily working with restaurants at the time, and during the pandemic, most of them had to close down or limit their service which forced us to pivot.
Learning to adapt to a constantly changing world is what differentiates a successful business from a declining business. In the years following 2020, we established ourselves as the go-to for many popular names across New Jersey, NYC, Miami, Los Angeles, and places across the country.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We work with businesses as their dedicated partner. Our client relationships aren’t transactional, but they’re built on genuine connections. We approach each project with a unique focus that is tailored to achieve the best results.
As a creative first, I’m always thinking of new ways to tell a story and create a brand that people want to connect with and be a part of. Every business can do this, and it’s our expertise to guide them through this process.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is helping people achieve their fullest potential. Giving others happiness, joy, and excitement is what truly fulfills me. I can only feel so much of those emotions on my own, but my career allows me to share my experience and creativity to bring others success.
I’m able to connect with people and understand what makes them tick. I’m passionate about giving to others while simultaneously fulfilling my desire to be creative. It is truly a blessing!
