Hi Tatiana, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I have been in the real estate industry for five years now and have never felt so satisfied in a “job”. To me, there are so many layers to real estate that you will never get bored. There is always something new to learn, people to meet, and experiences to be had.
I started working as an admin and got a full feel of what being a real estate agent was and decided to go full-time to help my team lead. I am currently with Lifestyle International Realty as a partner for the Dadeland office. I expect to continue to grow in my real estate career and help many more clients, families, and investors in the upcoming years.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing worth it in life is easy, so I would say this path has not been easy. I appreciate the struggles I’ve gone through because they’ve taught me lessons I would never have learned otherwise.
No deal in real estate is the same which takes me to learn about different hurdles to overcome, different property types, different personalities, and so on.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a real estate agent in Miami, FL. I specialize in helping clients find the next residential purchase. Whether they are first-time home buyers, buying as an investment, or buying for the third time; I’m here to help guide them through the whole process. I’m known for my upbeat personality and willingness to make the dream of homeownership a possibility.
I am extremely proud of how far I have come in my real estate career. I started as an admin assistant and have grown into my own to learn and love the industry for my future. I feel that what sets me apart is the personal relationship I build with my clients. I do everything I can to learn about what they are looking for and be able to check off each box from their checklist.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The real estate industry is always moving! That is why you have to constantly move with it. I see the real estate industry continuing to run strong and the Miami market continues to grow.
We have seen an increase in investors and out-of-state buyers, which I do not expect to decrease. I feel the industry is always updating and making necessary changes to allow for incoming buyers and sellers.
