Ashley Yodele Pineda is a dynamic and visionary Music Business Entrepreneur with a passion for creating innovative solutions within the music industry. With a deep love for music and a keen understanding of business dynamics, Yodele has carved a unique path that combines artistic sensibilities with strategic acumen. Yodele, attended the University of Central Florida obtaining, a degree in Entertainment Management. Which focuses on Management, Marketing, Communications, Copyright, and Publishing. She graduated in 2020, Magna Cum Laude, and was on the dean’s list throughout the three years she attended the Georgry Elias Entertainment management program.
Her career flourished abundantly working for Universal Music Group – Record Label. She was part of the Latino Marketing Department in 2022 – where she part of what she calls the “Karol G and Feid Era.” Alongside, Juanes, J Balvin, Bad Gyal, Mariah Angeliq, and more…
Today, she manages artists, and influencers and consults other talents with their development. The focal point is to expand AYP.ENT and their talents within. AYP CATALOG: Darkiel, Shootter Ledo, Nino Freestyle, Herold Velazquez, Bramty, and Papiluisito.
