Hi Adriana, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Miami, FL, and grew up speaking 3 languages, I would say 4 but my parents didn’t count my sarcasm. I’ve been in healthcare going on 6 years and working on my 5th degree – I have always loved learning. I started off my nursing career in the hospital and made my way to the operating room as a special procedures nurse which included Gastroenterology, moderate sedation, and vascular access. Although I was thankful for my experience with my mentor, I knew I wanted more.
I started a nurse practitioner program specializing in family practice, which I will be graduating from in Summer 2024. As I gained confidence in my skills and developed my nursing knowledge, I knew I could offer services to clients outside of the hospital setting. That’s when Natural Identity came to life. Using my nursing knowledge, passion for wellness, and my skills, I started an Intravenous Hydration concierge company that specializes in health and wellness.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, I have not had a smooth road and I am thankful. That has made me work harder and appreciate the little wins gained, daily. With the help of my husband, this vision came to life. When digital marketing and nursing come together, a recipe for success is the result.
Outsourcing products, providers, mentors, and protocols was the biggest struggle. The foundation and infrastructure of a business is the most difficult part, the “getting started” and “doing” is just what has to be done. Imposter syndrome is very real and once I decided to get out of my way, I knew the only path was forward. One day at a time. Think, plan, and execute.
We’ve been impressed with Natural Identity, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Natural Identity is a health and wellness concierge company in South Florida. We offer intravenous hydration, NAD+ therapy, Vitamin therapy, Weight loss solutions, and more. I believe that being myself sets me apart from others. I am unapologetically me and authenticity is something not everyone portrays.
I am proud of the person I am and continue to strive to be better, every day.
