Hi Anzhelika, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
First and foremost, I am a licensed esthetician and electrologist. I’ve been in the beauty industry for about 2 years now, but Laser & More is my new venture. It’s always scary to start on your own but also very exciting!
You have nothing to do but try to stand out from your competition, and gain a good reputation and clients, but it does take time and not all weeks/months are the same. I am happy with where I am today – it is a dream come true, but it’s only the beginning!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As any other business owner would agree, having your own business is actually a 24/7 job. I think one of the main struggles that can occur is getting clientele and keeping that clientele.
Word of mouth is very important, especially for a new business, because that is literally your free marketing! But sometimes mistakes or accidents will happen that can sabotage your reputation so it’s very important to have good communication skills with your clients and be a creative problem solver.

Laser & More is Laser Hair Removal Service and Esthetics Spa, where I offer a variety of services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, face contouring, and more. I am located in Sunny Isles Beach inside a nail salon.
I think there are two things that set me apart from others: 1. my relationships with my clients! I love my clients and I treat them as friends; 2. the quality of my work. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into everything I do for my clients to make sure they see the results they come for and leave my place happy. I am planning to offer more services soon such as IPL and Body Contouring, but as of now for every new client Laser & More gives 20% off any first treatment!
What makes you happy?
Honestly, life makes me happy. Happiness comes from within. Traveling, and being close to nature and animals always makes me the happiest. But the importance of friendships and relationships is crucial too. Sometimes when I am not feeling 100%, all I need to do is hang out with my besties and life feels “worth living” again, haha.
