Today we’d like to introduce you to Ivania Nicole.
Hi Ivania, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
It’s like riding a rollercoaster that never ends however a beautiful journey. I’m very grateful for it because over the years it has brought me here to sunny Florida as AVP of Business Development for Alioth Title, a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Massachusetts. I serve on two Boards for Fashion Group International- Boston Chapter & NAHREP Central Mass (The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals).
I started right after college I’ve always wanted to do Real Estate and Fashion. I started in Fashion by becoming a model and through that I started a local pageant for ages 5-27 for 10 years. There have been many series of events that have molded me a lot ups as well as lows. My biggest comeback was doing it alone without a partner for the last 6years I had to re event myself. I find myself here writing this.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Working your way up is not a smooth road at all. Nothing comes easy, what has gotten me here is simply passion, a good work ethic, and staying consistent despite what I was told. I’ve always wanted a different life for myself and my family.
It has taken me 20 years to be living my dream lifestyle, my advice is to stay persistent and don’t give up anything is possible. I owe my success to being completely delusional in believing in myself. I started in property management at the age of 21. As well as being a signed model. When you love what you do god/universe will align for you.
