As the founder of Uplevel Entrepreneur, a business coach, a financial strategist, and a committed problem solver, Edward has dedicated his career to creating his “By Design” Methodology that focuses on sharing actionable, tested-in-the-trenches tools, techniques, and strategies to help entrepreneurs develop mastery over the mindset, money, and momentum necessary to achieve what he refers as “Real Wealth” He is on a mission to materially improve the lives and businesses of 1,000,000 freedom-loving, family-focused entrepreneurs.
In addition to Uplevel Entrepreneur, he has built and scaled multiple 7-figure businesses, spanning from a Financial Planning Firm to an Accounting Practice and a Digital Marketing Agency, with a few others sprinkled in there in between. Edward is a member of the Board of Trustees of a university and is involved in multiple community
service organizations. He manages to coordinate all of this while still continuing on his personal Journey of Success.
When Edward is not actively helping business owners to improve their financial lives, he can be found investing his time with his amazing wife and two young children. Depending on the day, you might catch them out on the tennis courts, enjoying some of their favorite whole-food plant-based dishes at a local eatery, taking day trips on the family boat, or exploring new vacation destinations. And he still somehow finds the time to continue prioritizing opportunities to share the company with mentors and like-minded entrepreneurs.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. In fact, the first four years of my entrepreneurial journey were the worst in my adult life. After resigning from the Department of Justice without a Plan B, I tried to make a business venture work and ended up accumulating over $250,000 in debt. To make matters worse, I destroyed most of my relationships and had my car repossessed. However, hitting rock bottom allowed me to leave my ego at the door and reach out to mentors for guidance.
In just two years, I turned my life around and cleared all my debt. Ten years later, I grossed seven figures for the first time, and now I am enjoying the type of financial freedom that most business owners couldn’t imagine. It wasn’t overnight, but I learned to get up more times than I got knocked down and to listen to those who had achieved what I aspired to achieve.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Edward’s primary focus is on helping entrepreneurs develop the skills and knowledge they need to achieve financial success. Edward Collins is also the creator of a podcast called ‘Entrepreneur Unleashed’ which can be found on all streaming platforms. Entrepreneur Unleashed focuses on sharing with the audience the struggles the podcast guest has dealt with in the past in order to help 6 & 7-figure businesses to level up and through 7 & 8 figures. As entrepreneurs, we always learn the biggest lessons from our lowest points, both personally and professionally.

Edward finds happiness in spending time with his family, including his beautiful wife and incredible two young children.

Edward also finds happiness in sharing company with mentors and like-minded entrepreneurs, as he is always looking for ways to learn and grow.
