Hi Victor, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I began my property inspection story as an insurance adjuster back in 2013. I learned a lot during my tenure as a public adjuster and assisting the citizens of our city. As time went by, I felt a bigger calling in the real estate world and pursued my interest in becoming a home inspector.
Using all the knowledge I obtained as an insurance adjuster, I translated those skills and worked towards honing my skills as a home inspector. With the proper mentorship and training, I now own my home inspection company, Castle Inspections, and absolutely love helping out the community with any home inspection needs.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I think anyone will fool themselves if they think the ride will be smooth. The road has been bumpy and unclear.
The biggest struggle, in the beginning, is not knowing if the effort or commitment will be fruitful and successful. It takes a moment during the busy days to look back on it and be thankful for the hard work and trust you put in yourself.
