Son of Cuban and Venezuelan parents – Husband (23 years), Father of 2 (14 years old and 20 years old). Raised in NY and New Jersey. Graduate of Florida A&M University
35+ years of Corporate Experience (Mainly Marketing).
Companies (Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, PepsiCo, Diageo, The NBA, Nike, Apple, Nubank. Board Member (Estée Lauder, Playing for Change, Anti-Recidivism Coalition, The Nyah Project). Business owner (AIE Creative, Dante’s HiFi+, Chulita, Tastebars).
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Consistently grappled with the challenges of being from an under-resourced community and the scourge of discrimination and racism.

35+ years as a Marketing Professional. I build creative strategies and develop content that helps brands and companies connect with customers. I am a builder of diverse creative teams and have led marketing teams all over the world. I have worked in Marketing for companies including Nike, NBA, Apple, and PepsiCo.
I’ve worked on Marketing Campaigns for Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, The Brazilian National Futbol Team, Manny Pacquiao, and many other Global Icon Athletes. What sets me apart is my deep consumer insights knowledge, global expertise, and commitment to telling diverse stories around the world.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Curiosity, creativity, and cultural understanding. Language skills (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
