My entrepreneurial journey started as a hobby, where I provided digital design assistance to my family and friends for their new businesses.
As I worked with them, I noticed a common challenge they faced in designing their website, automating their email marketing workflow, and planning their social media content. Seeing their pain point, I decided to combine my passion for design, technology, and helping others to form Greyson Enterprises. With a background in IT and Human Resources, I knew I could provide businesses with the tools and resources needed to succeed in structuring their business.
At Greyson Enterprises, we handle website design, system configurations, and structure business processes, so businesses can focus on what they do best. We understand that creating a successful business can feel daunting, which is why we aim to make the process feel effortless by changing mindsets and transferring stress into a positive and fun experience.
I firmly believe that creating a successful business does not have to feel impossible to achieve. As an entrepreneur who has gone through the journey myself, I understand the challenges and can guide my clients to achieve their goals.
My mother, Roselande Foreste, has played a pivotal role in my success. She instilled in me the importance of dreaming big, taking risks, and making the most out of life. She also taught me that knowledge is invaluable and that putting in the work is essential to achieving the desired outcome. As a Haitian immigrant, she was quickly able to navigate life in America and worked hard to provide a better life for her three daughters, especially after the death of our father.
As a mother of my own young Queen, I want to be an example for my precocious daughter, Aubrey, who at seven, is already questioning societal norms, showcasing her creativity in art, and embracing leadership qualities. Overall, my mom’s wisdom and guidance have been invaluable to me throughout my life, and I still call on her as a trusted advisor to this day.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
My entrepreneurial journey has been filled with its fair share of challenges, but I can confidently say that it has all been worth it. Each hurdle I faced taught me valuable lessons that helped me to grow professionally.
One of the major struggles I encountered was changing my mindset, for instance, from receiving directives (when working a 9 to 5 job) to becoming more resourceful in my decision-making as an entrepreneur. This shift in mindset was crucial for my growth. Additionally, I had to move away from the negative mindset of worrying about the worst-case scenario and instead focus on thinking more positively about new opportunities and experiences. Despite the difficulties, the journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to continue to learn and flourish as an entrepreneur.
Receiving support from my tribe was essential in helping me persevere through tough times when I was tempted to give up. This includes my family, friends, professional colleagues, and even hired support that has assisted with elevating my business. Everyone I associate with has always been positive, supportive, and encouraging. I believe that the energy you surround yourself with can have a significant impact on your success, and I’m extremely grateful to have such a strong support system.
Overall, I’m fortunate to have a strong support system that has helped me overcome challenges and develop the qualities needed to be successful. I have a strong desire to inspire and I’m grateful for all of the positive influences in my life. I hope to pay it forward by being a source of support, motivation, and encouragement to others.

How do you define success?
Success, in my opinion, is not only about achieving personal goals and gaining wealth and recognition. Rather, it’s about breaking barriers and creating opportunities for others to succeed. At Greyson Enterprises, we believe that success is not just an individual achievement, but a collective effort that involves supporting and nurturing others to reach their full potential.
We have achieved our success by providing an environment where people feel empowered and motivated to reach their aspirations. We strive to create a fun working dynamic where everyone has access to opportunities and resources to thrive. This philosophy is reflected in the way we lead and operate Greyson Enterprises, and I am proud of the success we have achieved as a result.
My primary goal is to build a community for women of color that are geared toward providing assistance to emerging entrepreneurs and corporate professionals. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to start a business as well as grow professionally, especially as a black woman. That’s why I’m working on creating a supportive community where women can connect with other like-minded individuals, share their experiences and challenges, and learn from each other. I believe that this community can be a powerful tool in aiding women entrepreneurs and professionals to dream big and achieve their goals.
In addition to the community, I’m leveraging my background in Human Resources by expanding my offerings to include career coaching for those who want to grow professionally but may not necessarily want to start their own business. This will include services such as resume building, mock interviews, dress for success, and more. I want to help professionals at all stages of their careers to achieve their full potential and reach their goals.
