Hi Deshawn, so great to have you join us again. For folks who might have missed our earlier conversations, can you please take a minute to briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Deshawn, I’m from Miami, Florida. I’m an entrepreneur and small business owner. I’m in multi level marketing helping people achieve their fitness goals and I have a small business that has self defense items! To sum it up, I love to help people!
What did you learn this past year within your business?
I’ve learned to never underestimate the power of my business! This past year I had the opportunity to attend events and pop up shops and was able to realize I have amazing products and what I’m doing is great but getting it out to the people is what was missing. This help me create a better structure to get my business out there and have people be more informed of what it is I offer.
What tips would you give someone looking to start a business?
You will never have all the answers! The perfect time doesn’t exist, start now and with what you have! Life lessons are your best friend and be open to making changes
What’s your favorite thing about your business?
It’s different! There aren’t many people who’s in the same industry as me, so I take pride in being the few who’s making it a goal to help people and serve within my community.
