Bradley and Brian, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
At Esteem 360 Studios, we believe in the power of capturing life’s special moments and making them unforgettable. Our company was born from a spark of inspiration, when two college best friends, stumbled upon a 360-photo booth at an FIU event and knew they could bring it to the next level.
Fueled by our Caribbean roots and a deep appreciation for the essence of celebration, we set out to create a unique and exciting experience for our customers. Starting a business in our dorm room was no easy feat, but with the unwavering support of those around us, we were able to turn our dream into reality.
Through hard work, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, we have grown Esteem 360 Studios into a thriving business that offers state-of-the-art 360 photo booths, digital booths and print photo booths. Our technology allows guests to capture high-quality, real-time video footage or timeless souvenirs as they stand on a 100cm platform while our camera spins 360 degrees around them. We also offer guests a variety of props and poses to create a personalized and memorable keepsake.
But our story doesn’t end there. We are proud to say that our company, founded by young college students, is inspiring others to chase their dreams and start their own businesses. We understand that starting a business can be daunting, but we are living proof that with perseverance and the support of the right people, anything is possible.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
At Esteem 360 Studios, we know all too well the struggles of starting a business from scratch. When we first started, we were all going through a bit of a rough patch in our personal lives, but we channeled that energy into building a company that would leave clients with an unforgettable experience.
One of the issues we faced was the language barrier. We didn’t speak Spanish and many of our potential clients did. However, we were fortunate to have a great friend who was willing to come out in the hot Florida sun and help us communicate with these clients.
Another struggle we faced was financial hardship. Being college students, we didn’t have the backing of investors or a steady income, so we had to pool our own money together to get the company off the ground. We also had to do free gigs in order to start getting our name out there and gain experience.
We also didn’t have a mentor to guide us through the process of registering our company or finding the proper insurances. Figuring out what to do was tricky and it was a learning process. But with the help of a few special people in our corner, we were able to navigate these challenges and build a successful business.
We are proud that we were able to overcome these obstacles and create a company that is not only successful but also inspiring to other young entrepreneurs. We hope that our story will show others that with hard work, determination, and the support of the right people, anything is possible.
