Hi Kassandra, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
As I have stated before and stand firm on, Entrepreneurship is the ultimate proving ground for your mental toughness, your professional skill, personal development, and physical endurance, and ability to resiliently handle abnormal quantities of stress, rejection, and being misunderstood.
Successful entrepreneurs ultimately relish in the daily challenge this provides them (even if they simultaneously feel like they hate it).
I launched another business venture called, “Sommelier Valley” on the notion of wanting to educate individuals like myself the art of transformation of grapes into wines by how they are harvested, crushed, and pressed, fermented and the clarity and aging process, and last but not least on how they are labeled and bottled so eloquently by the maker themselves.
As of today, I am the owner of Sommelier Valley that wants to eventually franchise this company.

Starting a business is a significant achievement for many entrepreneurs, but maintaining one is the larger challenge. Success is achieving my own personal goals and setting my own standards and expectations. I am my own competition.
