Meet Alexandra Rojas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandra Rojas.

Hi Alexandra, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started in 2016 when I got my license after having a newborn and a two-year-old. This start was from scratch; I didn’t know anyone or have any relationships in the industry. I began focusing on rentals and kept in touch with everyone who I worked with, building those relationships along the way. I believe this was the biggest factor that helped me build a strong foundation for my business. I went as far as learning a new language to connect with clients because South Florida is primarily Spanish-speaking. Meeting new people, building relationships, putting myself in challenging situations, joining a coaching program that gave my access to mentors who pushed me to develop and refine my systems; all these things helped me scale my business. I still have a lot more to achieve, but I have almost doubled my business production each year and always keep a limitless mindset. I can always achieve more!!!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Every business owner will have their struggles, day in and day out. My struggles have ranged from living in a new town with no local sphere of influence, to simply keeping myself motivated when my pipeline was dry. It took me a while to figure out how to associate myself with people who I admire and could learn a lot from, which is something that I still do to this day. I look to be in a room full of people who I believe are more accomplished or experienced than I am, and I constantly build relationships with all types of successful professionals. Putting myself under that kind of pressure is a struggle on its own, but that is what has given me the grit needed to smoothen out the path I am on.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Alexandra Rojas PA?
I work in real estate, specializing in residential property throughout the areas of Miami-Dade and Broward County. I am most proud of working to bring sellers and buyers together for a mutually beneficial engagement. When working with buyers, whether they are buying their first home or simply looking to right size for their needs, they are trusting me with often the biggest purchase of their life. For sellers, they are trusting me to negotiate the most favorable terms and pricing for a wealth-building asset that  presents a ton of variables. In both situations, my clients’ trust in me gives me confidence and pride to know that I am really able to help and make a difference for them. What sets me apart from other agents is my follow-up and attention to details. As I listen to my trusting clients, I focus on what opportunities they have presented to them before giving them advice from my experience, then I follow up with them well after each transaction to make sure they were successful.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you.
“The harder you work, the luckier you get.” This is saying that my mentor has deeply imprinted on me. I believe that I’m blessed to have opportunities presented to me because of the hard work and dedication I have put in along my journey.
