Meet Jessica Mossop

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Mossop.

Hi Jessica, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
My name is Jessica, I live in South Florida.

My parents have always taught me to always be kind, hard working and never take things too personal. I went to school for business and have been working in recruiting for a few years. I have done behavioral health, finance, and accounting recruiting.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and playing pickleball with my fiancé,

My motivation comes from my fiancé and my family.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It wasn’t always as easy and we have struggles that we have to endure. My faith makes everything better. I look back and realize that I went through a rough time as a child for a reason and now I can help as many children as I possibly can. That motivates me. Having gone through so much has helped me to now never take no for an answer. I have a very small circle of friends and I love it this way, I feel like that also has helped making it a smoother road.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in recruiting.

I am most proud of my hard work and the way I treat others with respect. That’s also what I’m known for.

I don’t like to complicate life I want a simple good life. I want to work hard, build a family and do good.

What sets me apart from others is my personality and mentality to daily life. I love what I do and look forward to building my own company soon.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success by being a good person, and having integrity. We are all going to always be faced with challenges but what really matters at the end is how you deal with everything.

You cannot go back and change things that have happened but you can write a different future for yourself.

I try and always surround myself with kind people who don’t talk bad about others. I truly feel blessed.
