Check Out Sherron “Big Ron” Ellis’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sherron “Big Ron” Ellis.

Big Ron, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
From a kid to a teenager, I always love music, I was born with a gift for sound. Naturally knows what looks and sounds good. But it started from birth or while my mother Niecy Ellis carried me. My Dad Jerry King was a local Dj who today is Legendary from a Small area of Surry & Sussex County known as Wakefield, Va. I heard an artist by the Name of Ricardo Chambers from Lake Havasu City, AZ at a House Party one night. His stage name was Rico Swavaa.

I thought I could help him as he was part of a Duo. Rico stood out the most. I could see the hunger in his Character. I didn’t have any industry experience, But Charisma is something you can’t buy or teach. And I had it. So I quit my job while living in Hawthorne, CA after Rico told me I could Manage him if I got him a Deal.

I submitted the Single ” I’m From Arizona ” and A&R Otha Vakseen Davis lll, replied, “There Is Potential” and Offered Us a deal to Slip N Slide On Da Grind, A Development Label to build artist Exposure and a Possible Signed to Parent Slip-N-Slide Records. I then saw that I could do and accomplish Great things which are how INTA GRADERZ MUZIK was Born, and the rest is History.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
People not believing in you. Especially the closet to you. Envy then you got Hate from a distance.

They don’t even know you, They can’t touch you. Not having enough money and the resources, I would say no Structure. I wore a few different hats. Therefore, I’m all over the place. Then you have ppl trying to shatter your dreams. You have to stay away from that.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m A PatchWerk Recording Studio Artist in Atlanta, Ga. I co-produce and write songs. I also have 3 Hit Records Intagraderz, Focus, and Sex In The Club.

I’m proud of how I built from nothing to Network Programming BET JAMS. I did it with no help. What set me apart from others Is my Style and Charisma. I have a Unique Sound and Flow.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Always save, and think ahead as much as you can. And most importantly, do what works for you. Don’t listen to anybody with no proof then you can’t blame anybody. We’re living in times. We have to pay attention to all details.
