Hi Silvia, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
When I became pregnant, I began shopping and looking for baby clothes! I love that traditional European style look for newborns and babies but could find it anywhere in the U.S. So, I teamed up with my husband to create it ourselves!
The result was new and improved European-style baby clothing that was more comfortable, lightweight, breathable, softer, and Hypoallergenic. Perfectly designed for babies’ skin and needs.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has definitely not been an easy smooth road, when we first started, we didn’t know much about e-commerce, we also had a job, so we were running the business on the side. When you start no one knows your brand, you have limited capital and resources so it’s definitely a challenge.
It has been a lot of studying, research, trial and error, and hard work, but we can proudly say now that fast forward a few years, tirelessly working to improve our designs and materials to the level of detailed care we love, and now thousands of parents’ love. We could never imagine a life without the beautiful community of loyal parents that love GrisPetalo®.

We specialize in infant clothing, and we are known for our buttery soft comfortable designs but still keeping the traditional stylish European look for babies.

What are your plans for the future?
We are definitely working on big things; we are growing our size ranges all the way up to 24 months and we are also creating a whole range of products to be the go-to brand when moms are expecting and having a baby. So, we are definitely creating tons of new products that we know our community of moms will love.
