Hi Crystal, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Sure, I started 2 and half years ago. I discovered ASMR in 2015. Although I didn’t start my channel right away, I did watch the content every night. I remembered how I wanted to make my own YouTube channel back in 2015 but I didn’t know about what. I felt drawn to create content. Pandemic however pushed me to be a lot disciplined & consistent. I came home from work every night & still worked on my videos. I’m still actively making ASMR content & I love it!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been a smooth road. Often times I had my doubts & I didn’t know if to continue. I was the type to look at the algorithm or get discouraged, let’s talk about burnout. Overworking yourself will get you. I listened to my body & take rests…

It feels great to wake up every day and enjoy what you always wanted to do. I don’t like to be put into a box and hear limitations. I am myself … It is imperative to be myself… and know what I bring. It’s all about confidence.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I don’t have a mentor myself… for the most part, I had stayed true to my vision. I’m human so I will react to circumstances at times. I like to read successful stories for motivation such as Grant Cardone, and so much more. I’m also aware of what I consume. There’s thousands of successful individuals that started from the bottom. Their success makes me happy.
