Today we’d like to introduce you to Julio Diaz.
Hi Julio, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
First, I would love to introduce myself as an immigrant that has 10 years of leaving in the states. I am Julio Diaz an entrepreneur based in Miami FL leaving my entrepreneurship life maximum as possible. I am the CEO of I logistics USA Ecommerce 3PL.
I started my business in 2018 it was focused on B2B only at that time however by the time my brother (my partner) and I as a good entrepreneur we start assisting to conference, networking, and events around the Miami area and Ft Lauderdale looking to connect with new people, and there is when we found out that on the eCommerce business was a huge possibility of doing money and grow, we start reading and getting more new connections around the ecom world such as, what’s fulfillment, crowdfunding, cross docking FBA and much more .
Aftar those days we just start growing while COVID 19 and in 2022 it means now we have a warehouse with 50.000 Sft based in Miami FL handling 100+ eCommerce owners’ businesses and helping them level up their businesses with our smart logistics. I feel so happy and proud of where I am now however I am just starting. It’s just the beginning.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t been that smooth however always something that makes me feel uncomfortable I get the best side of it. The most struggle moment for me as an entrepreneur was when I lost my first and only client. However, it opens my eyes and realize that I cannot handle only one customer for the whole company since then I started to focus on finding more and more customers. Entrepreneurial life without struggle is not real life.

I am a risk-taking person because since day one I decided to go and be an entrepreneur it was a risk that I just diced to take and to keep going.
